Submission Requirements:

We would like to work with you and your insurance broker to provide you with a no-obligation quotation for your broadcasting operation exposures. In order to begin this process, please work with your insurance broker so that they may submit the following information to us:
  • Fully completed Acord applications or a Commercial Insurance Application (for non-broker use)

  • Completed Communications Supplemental Application

  • Completed Special Event Questionnaire - required if station sponsors any special event

  • 5 years currently valued carrier loss runs

  • Copies of most recent tower inspections

  • Photos of the building(s) and tower(s)

  • Copy of FCC license

This information should be submitted to us at least 45 days prior to your expiration date of current coverage.
